Grover described the budget as “boring, lifeless, and meaningless,” suggesting that it would have been more valuable to watch an Ambani wedding than to endure the budget speech.

He further criticized the government’s approach, stating that a simple, candid admission of disinterest would have sufficed instead of the detailed presentation.Grover's remarks, shared on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter), have sparked a range of responses from users. Some echoed his sentiment, comparing the budget to a filler episode, while others criticized the government for what they perceive as arrogance.

The Finance Minister's 80-minute budget speech included announcements on corporate tax reductions and revised tax slabs, but Grover's comments highlight a broader frustration with the perceived lack of impactful measures.

Instead of delivering this budget they could’ve just said - “Iss baar man sa nahi kar raha - agli baar dekh lenge agar kuchh karna hai toh”.
