In a shocking incident, Sofia Serrano from Colombia discovered a large Spanish Rock Lizard inside the parcel of an air fryer she ordered from Amazon. Upon opening the box, she was horrified to find the unexpected reptile alongside her new kitchen appliance. Sofia shared her experience on social media, posting, "Ordered an air fryer through Amazon and it arrived with a companion (translated)." She suspected Amazon's packaging process was at fault and expressed concerns about the lizard's well-being due to the tight packing conditions.
The image of the lizard in the cardboard box went viral, reaching over four million views on X. Responding to the incident, Amazon provided a link for Sofia to report the issue but only offered a refund and return of the air fryer, which she found unsatisfactory. "The only solution they gave me was a refund of the money and return of the air fryer...so that solution does not work for me," she stated.
