A three-year-old girl died on Sunday after the thatched roof of her home caught fire. According to the police, the house belonged to Rambabu, who lived there with his three-year-old daughter Nandini.
When the neighbors discovered that the house was on fire, they rushed to put it out. However, the fire was already extinguished. A small girl and a cow tied nearby were burned alive.
According to Samar Bahadur Singh, Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP), "a fire broke out in the thatched house of Rambabu, a resident of Bahadurpur village. Nandini, Rambabu's three-year-old daughter, was sleeping under the thatched roof."
