Muzaffarpur hospital blaze kills 3 patients, leaves 20 injured
Weeks after the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) scripted a historic victory in West Bengal, the Suvendu Adhikari-led administration took a decisive step toward governance with a massive cabinet expansion on Monday. The swearing-in ceremony took place at Lok Bhavan in Kolkata at 11 am, where Governor RN Ravi administered the oath of office and secrecy to the newly inducted members. A total of 35 members joined the council of ministers, including 13 Cabinet Ministers, 3 Ministers of State with Independent Charge, and 19 Ministers of State.
