Calcutta HC should be removed from the country: Abhishek Banerjee

• Abhishek Banerjee slams Calcutta HC's decision to cancel 26,000 jobs, labeling it as "politics of vengeance"
• Asserts, "BJP has done court fixing, like match fixing in cricket"
• Says, "judge who was hearing SSC case, is now a BJP candidate so the entire court should be removed from the country"

Trinamool General Secretary Abhishek Banerjee slammed the decision to cancel 26,000 jobs, labeling it as "politics of vengeance", questioning the integrity of the Calcutta High Court.

'Why shouldn't the entire High Court be canceled due to the mistake of one judge?' asserts Abhishek. 

Accusing the BJP of colluding with Calcutta HC judges, Banerjee demanded the removal of the High Court from the country, alleging orchestrated judgments in favor of the BJP's agenda. These remarks comes after Calcutta HC recently passed verdict regarding SSC corruption. 

Banerjee alleged that "BJP has done court fixing like match fixing in cricket."

Banerjee while targeting former Calcutta HC Judge Abhijit Ganguly said, "The judge who was hearing the SSC case, is now the candidate of BJP. He said that while he was a judge, the BJP was in touch with him and he was also in touch with the BJP. If that judge goes to BJP, Calcutta High Court should be removed from the country!" 

He further argued saying, "The court says that some people got jobs from outside the panel, so the entire panel is invalid. Now as per this logic, if one judge has joined the BJP then all the judges have become BJP people!"
