In a significant development, the Delhi High Court has reserved its judgment on the plea filed by Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal challenging his recent arrest and remand. This move comes after hearing arguments from both sides, including Kejriwal's defense and the Enforcement Directorate (ED), which has accused him of involvement in the controversial Delhi excise policy.

The decision to reserve judgment was made by a bench led by Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma, who has called for written arguments to be submitted by tomorrow.

Kejriwal, who was arrested by ED on March 21, is currently in judicial custody in Tihar jail. On March 22, the trial court remanded him to six days of ED custody, which was extended by further four days. On April 01, he was remanded to judicial custody till April 15.
