In a distressing turn of events, a man in Noida reportedly assaulted his girlfriend with a blade on Wednesday night, resulting in her tragic demise. Identified as Nisha, a resident of Dallu Pura in Delhi, her lifeless body was discovered in the room of Dhananjay Kumar in Chhajarsi colony the following morning. Kumar was found with self-inflicted wounds, indicating an attempted suicide following the alleged attack on Nisha. Police authorities, led by station in-charge Awadhesh Pratap Singh, responded to the scene and discovered Nisha's body with injury marks on her neck, while Kumar sustained wounds inflicted by the same blade.
