Zeenat Waheed's journey into motherhood took an unexpected turn when she felt labor pains and was admitted to the hospital in Rawalpindi the day before her delivery. The medical team was ready to help her, knowing she was carrying multiple babies. Despite the challenges, Zeenat bravely gave birth to all six babies within one hour, surprising everyone present.

The newborns, four boys and two girls, were born healthy, each weighing less than two pounds. Though Zeenat faced some health issues after the delivery, doctors are optimistic about her recovery. The hospital staff and Zeenat's family are grateful for the successful delivery and the expert care provided.
