On the other hand, Curran of Punjab Kings faced a penalty for a Level 1 offence under Article 2.8 of the IPL's Code of Conduct. This offence pertains to "showing dissent at an umpire's decision" during PBKS' match against Gujarat Titans in Mullanpur.
