A government-run passenger bus of West Bengal Transport Corporation (WBTC) lost control and violently crashed into a guard rail on the Howrah Bridge (Rabindra Setu). The impact of the collision was so intense that the entire front facade of the state transport vehicle was completely damaged. Police rushed to the spot to manage the unfolding chaos. Utilizing a heavy-duty tow truck, emergency personnel successfully cleared the severely damaged bus from the active thoroughfare, allowing the congested morning peak-hour traffic to gradually return to normalcy.
