Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu met 14-year-old Siddharth Nandyala, an Indian-origin AI prodigy, who has developed an artificial intelligence-powered application capable of detecting heart diseases in just seven seconds. The teenager, originally from Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, and now residing in the United States, is the world’s youngest AI-certified professional, holding certifications from Oracle and ARM.
The app, named CircadiaV, utilizes smartphone-based heart sound recordings to diagnose cardiovascular diseases with over 96% accuracy. It has already been tested on 15,000 patients in the United States and 700 patients in India, including at Guntur Government General Hospital. Siddharth personally demonstrated the technology, conducting tests on patients using just a smartphone.
Recognizing the teenager’s groundbreaking innovation, Chandrababu Naidu invited Siddharth to the Andhra Pradesh Secretariat for a detailed discussion. During their 30-minute meeting, the Chief Minister reviewed Siddharth’s achievements and praised his pioneering work in AI-driven healthcare technology. He emphasized his vision of global Telugu talent contributing to science and technology and assured Siddharth of full government support to further develop his research.
Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan also extended his congratulations to Siddharth. The young innovator was accompanied by his father, Mahesh, and Health Minister Satyakumar Yadav during the high-profile meeting. The Andhra Pradesh government has expressed interest in collaborating with Siddharth to explore ways to implement his AI technology in state healthcare facilities.
Following the interaction, Chandrababu Naidu took to social media to express his admiration for the teenager’s work. “This 14-year-old has made detecting heart-related problems easier! I am absolutely delighted to meet Siddharth Nandyala, a young AI enthusiast from Dallas and the world’s youngest AI-certified professional. His app, CircadiaV, is a medical breakthrough that can detect heart issues in seconds,” he wrote.
Praising Siddharth’s extraordinary dedication, Naidu stated that the young innovator is an inspiration to the world. He assured Siddharth of continued government support in advancing AI-based healthcare solutions and encouraged him to pursue his passion for technology-driven medical breakthroughs.
