No eviction drive in Burrabazar & College Street, clarifies KMC Commissioner
In a display of extraordinary courage, Tyson, a specially trained Army dog from the elite 2 Para Special Forces, became the silent hero of a high-stakes anti-terror operation in Jammu and Kashmir. During Operation Trashi-I in the Kishtwar district, Tyson led his team through the rugged terrain of the Passerkut area, fearlessly charging ahead of the troops to sniff out hidden threats.
His keen senses successfully pinpointed a concealed Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) hideout within the dense Chatroo belt. As he closed in on the target to alert the security forces, the cornered terrorists opened fire. Tyson took the first bullet in his leg, a sacrifice that provided the critical confirmation the commandos needed to locate the enemy's exact position.
Despite his injury, Tyson's tactical lead allowed the Special Forces to engage the insurgents in an intense gunfight. The precision of the operation resulted in the elimination of three JeM terrorists. Tyson’s bravery ensured the safety of his human counterparts and proved once again the invaluable role of canine soldiers in national security.
