India secured a gold medal in the men's 10m air pistol team event on day 5 of the ongoing Asian Games 2023 being held in Hangzhou. The Indian shooting team, consisting of Sarabjot Singh, Arjun Singh Cheema, and Shiva Narwal, had to mount an impressive comeback to secure the top position. Additionally, Naorem Roshibina Devi achieved India's first medal on Day 5, although she faced defeat in the women's 60kg wushu gold medal bout against China's Wu Xiaowei.
Later in the day, the spotlight will be on men's hockey between India and Japan in what promises to be an electrifying match.
