A tragic road accident in Bihar’s Vaishali district claimed the lives of three people and left seven others injured in the early hours of Tuesday. The fatality occurred near Dhanushi village on the Lalganj-Hajipur Road when a bus collided head-on with an auto-rickshaw, highlighting the dangers on state highways during the early morning hours.
The deceased have been identified by the authorities as Rajgir Kumar, Shambhu Shah, and Mohammad Dilsher. The sudden and severe impact of the collision resulted in immediate fatalities, turning the quiet morning into a scene of chaos and distress for the other passengers and local residents.
According to Gopal Mandal, the Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO) of Mahnar, all seven injured persons were swiftly rescued from the wreckage and immediately transported to the nearest government hospital for urgent medical treatment. The police are currently working to ascertain the full identities of all the injured individuals, as they investigate the precise causes that led to the devastating head-on crash.
