Muzaffarpur hospital blaze kills 3 patients, leaves 20 injured
Girder installation work for the Chingrighata Metro Rail project has officially commenced along the EM Bypass corridor. Barricades have been placed at multiple points on the roadway to regulate vehicular movement and ensure safety during the construction process. Temporary traffic management arrangements have also been introduced in the surrounding areas to maintain traffic flow during the ongoing work.
According to project-related information, construction activities are currently being carried out between pillars numbered 317 and 319. Minor operational difficulties have reportedly emerged in this section during the installation phase. Despite these issues, work is continuing according to the scheduled timeline under the supervision of the concerned authorities. Barricades have been strategically positioned to minimise disruption to local traffic movement.
The girder installation process is considered a major stage in the construction of the metro bridge structure for the Chingrighata corridor. Safety measures have been implemented across the work site, and the progress of the project is being continuously monitored. Changes in traffic regulation and movement patterns are currently visible in areas surrounding the EM Bypass as construction activities continue.
