West Bengal CID has arrived in Dhaka to interrogate the prime accused arrested in Bangladesh in the murder case of Bangladesh MP Anwarul Azim.
The CID had arrested a suspicious youth from West Bengal on Thursday in connection with this murder. He has been identified as Zuber. He is said to be a resident of the Indo-Bangladesh border area. It has been reported that Zuber had met the other accused in Kolkata.
According to the agency sources, during investigation, CID came to know that the accused had come here much before Azim came to Kolkata. It is believed that they planned the murder while staying in the city. Both the accused stayed in a hotel located on Kolkata's Sadar Street from May 2 to May 13.
Now the biggest question before probe agency is where is Azim's body? Who is the “mastermind” behind the entire plot? What is the reason for the 'murder' and is anyone from Bengal involved in this incident in any way. To find answers to these questions, CID will interrogate the accused arrested in Bangladesh.
