Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge on Saturday attacked the ruling BJP, accusing it of conspiring to undermine India's democracy as his party seeks to unite the country.
“There seems to be a conspiracy to disrupt the country's democracy by the BJP, but the Congress is trying to unite India. The DNA of those in power in Delhi against the poor as they attack them,” Kharge said during his speech on the second day of the party's plenary session in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
He said Congress is the only party that can provide stable government to the country.
