BJP MLA caught watching porn during Tripura Assembly session

In a bizarre incident, Tripura BJP MLA Jadab Lal Nath was allegedly caught watching sexual content in the assembly house.

Jadab Lal Nath, who was a CPI(M) worker, joined the BJP before 2018. Nath contested the 2018 election against CPI(M) candidate and former Speaker Ramendra Chandra Debnath but contested again in the 2023 poll and won from the Bagbasa Assembly constituency in Tripura North district.

Sources in the Tripura Legislative Assembly informed that the incident took place on the second day of the assembly session, i.e., Monday. However, a video of a BJP lawmaker watching sexual content during an assembly session has gone viral on social media since late last night.

Netizens reacted to the video, calling it very 'shameful' for an elected representative to do such things during an ongoing council meeting.

However, after several attempts, there was no response from the assembly speaker Biswa Bandhu Sena.
