A chilling murder case has surfaced from Madhya Pradesh’s Satna, where an 11-year-old boy was found dead inside his home, his throat slit and body concealed in a blue plastic drum. The incident came to light when the boy’s mother returned home with her daughter and found the house locked from outside, raising immediate suspicion.
Unable to get any response from her son and sensing something was wrong, the mother approached the police. When officers broke open the lock and entered the house, they discovered blood splattered across the walls and a pillow. A blue drum placed in a corner drew attention, with blood seeping out. Upon opening it, the child’s body was found stuffed inside and covered with clothes.
The grieving family has alleged that a local laundry shop owner, Mathura Rajak, may be behind the crime. According to them, the accused had been pressuring the boy’s mother for marriage and resorted to the act out of revenge after repeated rejection. The victim’s sister also claimed that the boy was killed with a sharp weapon.
The accused is currently absconding, and police have formed multiple teams to track him down. Forensic teams have collected evidence from the scene, and the body has been sent for post-mortem. Authorities say the investigation is at an early stage and further action will depend on evidence and statements.
