The Indian Navy has recovered the body of one of the missing pilots from the Chandil Dam. Search operations are onto recover the missing plane. The bodies have been sent for postmortem and will be handed over to their family members after the autopsy is completed."

In response to the crash, a team from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) and the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau (AAIB) has arrived in Jamshedpur to conduct a thorough investigation into the incident. The teams will work together to analyze the circumstances leading up to the crash, review flight data, and assess any potential technical malfunctions or human errors.
