Both the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE) are set to shift operations to their respective disaster recovery sites for a live session on January 20. In the futures and options segment, the market's regular operating hours are from 9:15 am to 10 am, while the disaster recovery site will be activated from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm.
The live trading session will feature two segments, with the first running from 9:15 AM to 10:00 AM and the second from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM. During this special session, futures contracts will have a 5% operating range, and securities, including those in the F&O segment, will experience upper and lower circuit limits of 5%. Additionally, securities with 2% circuit limits will maintain that limit.
