CCTV footage captures victim being forcibly dragged in the Kasba college gangrape case
Border Security Force (BSF) personnel, operating under the Jalpaiguri sector of the North Bengal Frontier along the India-Bangladesh border, executed successful apprehensions of two Bangladeshi citizens, including a woman, on charges of illegal infiltration on 26 November in Cooch Behar. The BSF shared this information through an official press release issued on Sunday.
As per the details provided, the vigilant soldiers at Border Out Post (BOP) Amar, belonging to the 06th Battalion of BSF, intercepted and detained Sujon Miya (28) while he attempted to cross the border from Bangladesh to India unlawfully.
Additionally, personnel at BOP Karan apprehended Swapna Begum (34), another Bangladeshi citizen, making an illegal crossing from Bangladesh into India. Following due legal procedures, both individuals, along with confiscated items, were handed over to the Kuchalibari police station.
