Raja Magee, the esteemed Principal and Secretary of Calcutta Boys' School delivered a warm welcome address that emphasized the school's vital role in fulfilling the founders' vision and unveiled future plans. He proudly proclaimed Calcutta Boys' School a beacon of excellence, renowned for its exceptional students and teachers.
The foundation stones of Calcutta Boys' School are the divine, the pupils, the educators, and the parents. Tributes were paid to the revered founders of the institution, namely J. M. Thoburn, Reverend G. Henderson, Bishop F. Warne, and Sir R. Laidlaw. The occasion was graced with melodic songs performed by the talented students and teachers of CBS (Main) and other branch schools.
Distinguished alumni, teachers, and other attendees reminisced about their fond memories of CBS, sharing delightful anecdotes and experiences. The former teachers were recognized for their immense contributions to the institution, adding a sense of pride and honor to the event.
