Caller threatens to blow up houses of Mukesh Ambani, Amitabh Bachchan, Dharmendra: Probe on

A call was received at the police control station here on Tuesday claiming that the bungalows of actors Amitabh Bachchan, Dharmendra and industrialist Mukesh Ambani would be blown up.

The call was traced to Shivaji Nagar area of Palghar near Mumbai and further investigation was on, he added. The 112 emergency control room where the call was received is located in Lakadganj area of Nagpur city.

The policeman who answered the call heard two youths discussing that 25 persons had come to Mumbai to blow up the bungalows of Bachchan, Dharmendra and Ambani.

The Mumbai Police has been alerted, and the police have started an investigation, the official added.
