Chandrababu Naidu takes oath as Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister

Chandrababu Naidu, leader of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP), was sworn in as the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh on Wednesday. The ceremony took place at Kesarpalli IT Park near Gannavaram airport, with Governor S Abdul Nazir administering the oath of office and secrecy. The event was attended by numerous celebrities, political figures, and a large crowd of supporters. Naidu, visibly emotional, momentarily bent towards Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who stopped him and embraced him warmly.

Naidu's swearing-in ceremony also saw significant participation from other political leaders. South superstar and Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan took oath as the Deputy Chief Minister, and TDP General Secretary Nara Lokesh, Naidu's son, was sworn in as a minister. A total of 24 ministers, including members from Jana Sena and the BJP, were inducted into the cabinet.

The event highlighted the coalition's unity and the strong support for Naidu's leadership in Andhra Pradesh.
