Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari on Monday held a Janata Darbar at the party office in Salt Lake ahead of the second cabinet meeting of the West Bengal government at Nabanna. The Chief Minister arrived at the venue around 9:30 AM and was welcomed by party workers and supporters before beginning direct interactions with members of the public. Senior BJP leader Locket Chatterjee was also present during the programme.
During the public audience session, the Chief Minister listened to grievances, administrative complaints, and local issues raised by people who had gathered at the venue. A large number of job aspirants seeking employment opportunities in different government departments were present on the first day of the Janata Darbar. Several attendees submitted complaints and requests related to recruitment and employment matters directly to the Chief Minister.
According to those present at the programme, Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari assured participants that necessary action would be taken regarding the issues raised during the interaction. After completing the public audience session at the Salt Lake party office, the Chief Minister departed for Nabanna to attend the scheduled cabinet meeting of the state government.
