CM to give Balasore train accident compensation cheques from Netaji Indoor Stadium

In a compassionate move, Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has announced that she will personally present a compensation check to the families of the victims affected by the recent train accident.

The ceremony is scheduled to take place on Wednesday at the Netaji Indoor Stadium.

Following directives from Nabanna, the state secretariat, District Magistrates (DMs) from all districts have been instructed to compile and submit the list of affected families. This step ensures that the compensation reaches the deserving beneficiaries promptly and efficiently.

The tragic train accident has plunged numerous families into grief and distress. CM Mamata Banerjee's initiative to personally hand over the compensation demonstrates her commitment to standing by the affected families during their time of need.

With the collaboration of DMs and the authorities, the compilation of the list of affected families aims to streamline the compensation distribution process.
