Coast Guard chopper makes emergency landing in Sea, 3 crew members missing

Three Indian Coast Guard (ICG) crew members are missing after their helicopter made an emergency landing in the Arabian Sea during a rescue operation off the Porbandar coast in Gujarat on Monday.

The advanced light helicopter was deployed at 11 PM to evacuate a seriously injured crew member from the Motor Tanker Hari Leela, located 45 kilometers from Porbandar.

The helicopter, carrying four crew members, was forced to make a hard landing into the sea. While one crew member has been rescued, the search for the remaining three is ongoing.

Aircraft wreckage has been located, and the ICG has deployed four ships and two aircraft for the rescue mission.
