Congress leader Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury said that there is no doubt that more than 53 crore people have taken a dip in the Mahakumbh. However, the way the mismanagement there has come to light is a matter of concern. He said that the Uttar Pradesh administration is patting itself on the back.
