Darjeeling district Trinamool Mahila Congress launches 32-hour sit-in protest against central government

In a strong display of dissent, the Darjeeling District Trinamool Mahila Congress has launched a 32-hour sit-in protest to voice their grievances against the central government.

Accusing the government of deprivation and neglect, the Mahila Congress has organized this protest program with a range of demands aimed at addressing key issues. The protest kick-started on Monday in front of Mainak Tourist Lodge, Siliguri, drawing the participation of prominent leaders such as Chandrima Bhattacharya, State President of Mahila Trinamool Congress, Shashi Panja, Darjeeling District Trinamool Congress President, Papia Ghosh, Mili Sheel Sinha, and other notable figures.
