Decapitated body found in field in North 24 Parganas; Throat slit, limbs bound in gruesome murder

A decapitated body was discovered early this morning in an agricultural field in Bajitpur, Maleyakur, under the Chhoto Jagulia Gram Panchayat of Barasat No. Block, North 24 Parganas. The body, estimated to be that of a male in his forties, showed signs of extreme violence. The victim’s throat was slit, his hands and legs were bound, and there were visible injuries to the genital area.
