Special preparations are underway in Digha ahead of the Rath Yatra. For the first time, the chariot procession will be taken out from Digha’s Jagannath Temple. The coastal town has taken on a festive atmosphere surrounding the event. Two days ahead of the Rath Yatra, Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee arrived in Digha on Wednesday.
