On the occasion of World Heart Day, the Rotary Club of Calcutta Presidency, in partnership with the BM Birla Heart Research Center, orchestrated a meaningful event called 'Dil Ki Suno' at South City Mall on Friday. This initiative aimed to shine a spotlight on heart health and the significance of proactive measures in maintaining a healthy heart. The event featured a CPR training workshop, where attendees actively engaged in a mock drill to learn life-saving techniques.
Heera Lalji Yadav, District Governor of RI District 3291, graced the event as the chief guest, underscoring the importance of heart health awareness. Sangeeta Jain, President of the Rotary Club of Calcutta Presidency, played a pivotal role in organizing this successful program.
As a testament to their dedication to heart health education, certificates were presented to participants who took part in the CPR training workshop. District Governor Yadav emphasized that the key to heart health lies in the diligent observance of daily routines, reiterating the vital role that awareness and education play in preventing heart-related ailments.
