The dead body of a divorced woman was found on Sunday morning at Kendukocha, Sankosai Road No. 1, under Ulidih Police Station, Jamshedpur. Local people informed the Ulidih police about the discovery of the dead body. After receiving the information, the police reached the spot here and took over the dead body and sent it for post-mortem.
The deceased has been identified as 32-year-old divorcee Nagi Lakda. Nagi is said to have been killed by slitting her throat with a sharp weapon. Station Master Sonu Kumar said that after killing the woman, the dead body was thrown at the said spot. An investigation is underway in this regard.
