'ED is itself an idiot': Adhir Chowdhury slams ED's lookout circular

In the aftermath of the recent attack on an ED team during a raid in Sandeshkhali village, West Bengal, Congress president Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury expressed strong criticism of both the central agency and the ruling TMC government.

Chowdhury states that "the ED is itself an idiot." He even accused the TMC of safeguarding its members, asserting that the incident exemplifies a breakdown in the state's law and order.

Chowdhury questioned the efficacy of a lookout circular, recently issued by ED against TMC leader Sajahan Sheikh. He says the TMC of operates as a 'look after' government, protecting dangerous criminals within the party.

"What will ED do? ED is itself an idiot. The ruling party in Bengal does the work of looking after its dangerous party members. This is a look after government, what will ED do with this look-out circular?” said Chowdhury. 

Further while taking a dig at BJP he says, "BJP keeps harping about Rohingyas. Where were you all this time? Where was the Home Ministry? Rohingyas is Delhi and Jammu too, you didn't do anything then. And now when the matter is in the news, they have started playing politics of polarization here."
