Kolkata Mayor and senior Trinamool leader Firhad Hakim slammed the Nabanna Abhiyan, carried out on Tuesday by Chhatra Samaj. "I strongly condemn the anarchy that has spread in Kolkata today in the name of the student community; only hooliganism was seen in their movement", he said.
Reacting to the call of a 12-hour Bandh in Bengal tomorrow by BJP, Firhad Hakim said, "We do not support the strike call, KMC appeals to you to fail this bandh call. All markets will remain open".
