Police in Patna have solved a stabbing and robbery case in the Sorangpur area under Ramkrishnanagar police station within 12 hours, arresting five accused in connection with the crime. The incident had left a youth critically injured after he was attacked during the robbery. Despite medical treatment, the victim later succumbed to his injuries.
According to police officials, the attack took place when the accused allegedly stabbed the youth and robbed him before fleeing from the spot. During the investigation, police arrested five accused individuals suspected to be involved in the crime. Officials also recovered cash, several mobile phones and weapons believed to have been used during the incident. The swift arrests helped police solve the case within hours of the attack.
Authorities said further legal action is underway and the investigation is continuing to determine all circumstances surrounding the incident. Police are also examining the role of the accused and collecting additional evidence related to the case.
