Ghaziabad wife takes own life hours after husband's sudden death

A newlywed couple from Ghaziabad, 25-year-old Abhishek, and Anjali, embarked on a cheerful outing to the Delhi zoo on Monday, hoping for a day of joy and relaxation. However, their plans took a tragic turn when Abhishek experienced severe chest pain during their visit, ultimately succumbing to a fatal heart attack less than 24 hours later. Despite immediate medical attention at Guru Teg Bahadur hospital and later at Safdarjung hospital, Abhishek tragically passed away, leaving his family and loved ones shattered.

In a devastating turn of events, Anjali, unable to cope with the sudden loss of her husband, made the heartbreaking decision to end her own life by jumping from the seventh floor of their residence in Ahlcon Apartments, Vaishali, Ghaziabad. Anjali's drastic step came within hours of her husband's demise, underscoring the profound shock and grief that engulfed her. Despite efforts to save her, Anjali succumbed to her injuries at Max Hospital in Vaishali, adding another layer of tragedy to the couple's already heart-wrenching story.
