The victim's family lodged a complaint, and the police have registered a case under the POCSO Act. No suspects have been identified yet, and investigations are ongoing. Local CPM leaders protested outside Haripal Police Station, demanding justice and transparency in the case.
The victim is a resident of the Naseebpur Nahar Dhar area and a student at Singur Golap Mohini Girls School. The family claims she was abducted after her tuition session while on her way home.
The police are working on gathering evidence and witness statements as the investigation progresses.
