Various programs have been conducted across the country to commemorate the installation of the idol of Ramlala in the Shri Ram temple in Ayodhya. In addition to districts in Bengal, numerous events have taken place in Howrah since the morning. Activities included prayers, Prasad distribution, and the worship of the Ram idol at the Panchanan Baba temple in Bandhaghat, Salkia.
The event saw the presence of sages, saints, and common people, with a live telecast of the Ayodhya temple displayed on a massive screen in front of the Panchanan Baba temple. As part of the celebration, special Jalebis imprinted with the name of Ram were prepared and distributed among the devotees.
