Humayun Kabir, the MLA from Bharatpur in Murshidabad, criticized the administration's silence following Suvendu Adhikari's statement that the Trinamool Congress would expel Muslim MLAs from the Assembly. Kabir questioned why the administration, which takes immediate action when community members speak out, has remained quiet on this matter. He emphasized that his community comes before his party and stated that any remarks targeting Muslims would not be tolerated.
