Husband wanted to kill his wife, accidentally shot himself too in UP

_{According to the police, the husband's name was Anek Pal, while the wife's name was Suman Pal. Anek Pal was about 40 years old while Suman Pal was about 38 years old. The couple has four children in their family, one daughter and three sons.}

_{Officials said both were working as daily wage laborers in Chandigarh and had come to their native place of Moradabad. Superintendent of Police Sandeep Kumar said the incident took place on the night of June 13-14 at the couple's house in Khanpur village of Bilari police station area.}

_{Kumar said, “Family members, acquaintances and children of the married couple told the police that there used to be frequent arguments between the husband and wife over one issue or the other. They fought a lot for a while.}

_{He said: 'On the night of June 13, Anek Pal was praying at home and then shot his wife dead after hugging her. The same bullet hit several comrades in the chest and passed through. Both were wounded by a bullet. He was taken to the hospital, but his life could not be saved.}

_{Police said they have not received any complaint from the relatives of the deceased couple.}

_{According to the police, the argument between the couple escalated in the last week after Suman lost his mobile phone during the wedding ceremony. Suspecting that the husband was practicing witchcraft before the incident, the police officer said investigations are to establish the same.}
