An IndiGo flight from Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, to Hyderabad was diverted to Nagpur on Sunday following a bomb threat. The airline confirmed that all passengers on board were safe.
Flight 6E 7308 was en route to Hyderabad when the bomb threat was received, prompting the immediate diversion to Nagpur. Upon landing, all passengers were safely deplaned, and a thorough search operation was initiated by security personnel.
In a statement, IndiGo detailed that after the aircraft landed, mandatory security checks were conducted, and passengers were provided assistance and refreshments. The airline emphasized that passenger safety remains their top priority. Authorities are continuing to investigate the source of the bomb threat.
