Kolkata witnessed a gathering of renowned professionals and experts at the IBC Conclave 2023 organized by ACAE Chartered Accountants CPE Study Circle on Saturday.
The event brought together over 150 participants, including insolvency professionals, legal experts, and bankers, to delve into the intricacies of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) law.
Distinguished guests added prestige to the conclave, with Chief Justice Krishna Murari from the Supreme Court of India gracing the occasion as the chief guest. Justice Rakesh Kumar Jain, Member N-C-Lat, and Senior Advocate Atul Nanda from the Supreme Court of India also joined as guests of honor, accompanied by other esteemed dignitaries.
The conclave aimed to provide a platform for eminent speakers to share their valuable insights on the IBC law and its practical implementation. C.A. Anoop Kumar Banka, the Convenor of the event, emphasized the significance of the four pillars within the IBC ecosystem to effectively safeguard, protect, and implement the provisions of the law.
