Trump asks Apple CEO not to manufacture in India, says 'they can take care of themselves'
India’s military carried out precision airstrikes on several Pakistan Air Force (PAF) bases, including Rafiqui, Murid, Chaklala (Nur Khan), and Rahim Yar Khan, as well as key military installations at Sukkur, Chunia, and radar sites at Pasrur. The Sialkot aviation base was also targeted in the operation. The strikes were part of India’s response to ongoing provocations along the western border, where Pakistan has increased military activity. Wing Commander Vyomika Singh confirmed that while the airstrikes successfully neutralized the majority of Pakistan’s aggressive military actions, some damage was sustained at Indian air force stations at Udhampur, Pathankot, Adampur, and Bhuj.
Singh further elaborated that Pakistan had been using unmanned combat aerial vehicles, long-range weapons, loitering munitions, and fighter jets to target civilian areas and military infrastructure in India. Despite these provocations, India’s defense systems responded effectively, neutralizing most of the threats. Singh emphasized that, while there was some damage, the majority of Pakistan's military vectors had been successfully neutralized, preventing further escalation of the situation.
On Friday night, Indian defense forces successfully intercepted drone and missile attacks aimed at military installations in multiple regions, including Srinagar airport, Awantipora air base in South Kashmir, and areas in Punjab and Haryana. The drones were neutralized before causing any significant damage. This attack followed a similar attempt earlier, where Indian forces thwarted a drone and missile assault on Jammu and Kashmir’s military bases.
