According to reports, China and Pakistan are set to attend the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) nations' security advisors meeting on Wednesday in New Delhi.
India is serving as the SCO's chair at the moment. According to reports, the event's opening speech would be given by NSA Ajit Doval. Pakistan has also opted to join the summit, according to a source. The form of participation has not yet been decided, the same report noted.
The following significant SCO gathering will be the defense ministers' meeting, which will be held in Delhi from April 27 to 29. After the Foreign Ministers Meeting, which will take place in Goa on May 4 and 5, in which heads of state from SCO states are anticipated to participate, the SCO Summit will take place in July. The Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), an intergovernmental organization established in 2001, currently has eight members: India, China, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Russia, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan.

Nikolai Patrushev, secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, will attend the annual meeting of the secretaries of security councils of SCO member states on Wednesday in New Delhi, according to a statement from the Russian Security Council, a Russian embassy official confirmed to ANI.
Pakistan is anticipated to participate in the SCO activities under India's leadership, according to Arindam Bagchi, the official spokeswoman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, during a press conference in February.
India has officially sent invitations to all SCO members, including Pakistan and China, for the upcoming SCO summit, which will take place in Goa on May 4-5. Members of the SCO have received the invitation, including the new foreign ministers of China and Pakistan, Qin Gang and Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.
Pakistan also attended the SCO Tourism Administrations Heads Meeting that took place in Kashi earlier in February.
