Actress Jasmin Bhasin, known for her stint on Bigg Boss 14, is undergoing treatment after damaging her corneas, leading to severe pain and temporary vision loss. The incident occurred on July 17 when Bhasin wore contact lenses for an event in Delhi. "I don’t know what was wrong with my lenses, but after I wore them, my eyes started hurting, and the pain gradually got worse," she shared in an interview with Etimes. Despite the pain, she attended the event with the help of her team and wore sunglasses to manage. After the event, an eye specialist diagnosed her with corneal damage.
Following the diagnosis, Bhasin rushed to Mumbai for treatment. "Doctors have told me that I should recover in the next four-five days, but till then, I need to take good care of my eyes," she said. She has been struggling with severe pain and vision loss, which has also affected her sleep. However, she remains hopeful about her recovery and looks forward to resuming work soon. "Fortunately, I didn't have to postpone any of my work. I hope to recover and get back to work in a few days," Bhasin added.
