In light of the ongoing junior doctors' strike at RG Kar Medical College, the West Bengal government has called for a critical meeting to address concerns by sending a new letter to the junior doctors. The letter sent by Chief Secretary Manoj Pant highlighted the points given below.

- Location: Nabanna (West Bengal Secretariat).
- Participants: Only 15 representatives of the junior doctors are allowed to attend.
- Transparency Measures: While the meeting won’t be live telecast, it will be recorded for documentation and transparency purposes.
The government emphasizes its commitment to ensuring smooth healthcare services while being open to dialogue with the protesting doctors. The Chief Minister’s office also highlights that the CM waited for responses from the junior doctors on two prior days.
