Kangana Ranaut and R Madhavan reunite for psychological thriller, film production commences in Chennai

Actors Kangana Ranaut and R Madhavan have joined forces once again for a pan-India psychological thriller, with film production kicking off in Chennai on Saturday. Kangana, expressing her excitement on X (formerly Twitter), shared a picture from the first-day puja on the film sets and teased the project as a "very unusual and exciting script."

Directed by Vijay, the filmmaker behind Thalaivii, the much-anticipated psychological thriller marks the duo's reunion after their successful collaboration in Tanu Weds Manu and Tanu Weds Manu Returns. Kangana, thrilled about working with Vijay again, expressed her admiration for him and welcomed the collaboration with the team.

The film's music is crafted by GV Prakash Kumar, adding an intriguing layer to the psychological thriller, while Nirav Shah, known for his cinematography in numerous blockbusters, serves as the Director of Photography (DOP), promising a visually stunning cinematic experience. Kangana also shared a moment of surprise as Rajinikanth made an unexpected visit to the film set. The bilingual release in Hindi and Tamil is anticipated to captivate audiences globally. Kangana, with her solo directorial debut in the upcoming period drama Emergency, and R Madhavan, sharing the screen with Ajay Devgn in a thriller directed by Vikas Bahl, have audiences eagerly awaiting their respective projects.
