A major fire broke out in three residential houses on CN Roy Road in Kolkata’s Tiljala area, completely gutting all the structures and reducing them to ashes. Fire brigade personnel rushed to the spot and managed to bring the blaze under control with timely intervention. Families affected by the fire were seen crying inconsolably, stating that they had suffered losses worth several lakhs of rupees due to the incident.
